Transfer of Risk Analysis
I was assigned the task of evaluating the workflow related to transfer of risk using two importing methods. These two methods were Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) as defined by Incoterm standards. During the course of the analysis, I identified tasks that presented some risk of exposing our transfer price to our customer. As a result, we implemented internal procedures to mitigate the risk.
